Just so y'all know, I don't cook. Never have, not very good at it. My mom always cooked - she was a stay at home mom. So, I never had to.
So what the heck got into me when I got home from work? I mean, I had taken out pork tenderloin in the hopes that I would cook it - and I did. I marinated it, got frozen veggies out, cut up the meat, and voila! It was a tasty goodness kind of stir fry...it seems so simple, yet, it's certainly not my strong suit. I might be able to get used to this cooking thing...though I probably shouldn't!
In other life shattering news, I've been a hermit lately, and either watching movies or, in most cases, doing a lot of reading. I spent most of yesterday reading. I know it's not what most people would do, but it helps me relax. Though, I never feel like I have enough time in the day to do everything I'd like to.
