I just want to point out a VERY dangerous person who does this same motion -
That's right - HOWIE MANDEL.
He of Little Monsters fame. The voice of Gizmo (those Gremlins were quite freaky). And, worst of all - DEAL OR NO DEAL!
Wait - wasn't someone famous on Deal or No Deal lately?
Yup - that's George W. Bush - associating himself with a dangerous Howie Mandel.
I'd like to thank Fox News for pointing out the dangerous "terrorist fist jab".

I was watching Scrubs last night...the episode where Dr. Cox and Jordan have their second child, and do the "terrorist jab" to celebrate. I thought of you :)
