Hey you!!!

Rudeness is the weak man's imitation of strength. - Eric Hoffer

Yeah, I'm talking to you. You're the person that said you were going to send me a copy of a file about two weeks ago. Or the one I've emailed a few times, wondering why you're not responding. I called about 4 times, trying to reach you, but you haven't called me back. Why does it take me 7 emails to just find out one piece of information for someone else? Oh, I didn't realize that you could break up with someone without telling them.

I know you're busy - we're all busy. But at least have the decency to get back with someone, even if it's to tell them that you don't have an answer yet or aren't sure, things aren't working out and you want to break up, or that you just plain don't want to ever talk to me again. It's cool - it's better than NOTHING.

(Disclaimer: This is about no one in particular.)

Things about today...

This is just going to be a list. I am trying to stay up a little bit so the dog can be out of her cage. Poor thing was in it all day.

1) Which reminds me, not a big fan of being at work for 13+ hours.

2) I hate humid weather. Especially because I sweat like a pig lately.

3) I hate mosquitos. Though, I did just kill one, but too late - it still bit me.

4) I love Wendy's chicken nuggets - I couldn't resist on my way home from work (at 10:30pm).

5) Some people take things too personally, and I am not a big fan of dealing with their drama.

6) Seriously, why did you choose frozen chicken?

A Happy Thanksgiving to all...

This won't be the most eloquent post, but I'm taking a few minutes out of my lazy time today to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving. Most of the day, I've taken time to reflect on the people in my life, and I am so grateful for them. I have many new friends who I am still getting to know and are becoming a big part of my life. There are also my old friends who have been around for the long haul that I won't forget. And, there are many great people that I wish I talked with more, but just don't. I'm thinking of all of you today.
